A Faster aluminium boat is anything but a mass-produced product. Each boat is carefully built by hand at the Juha Snell Oy boat factory in Kellokoski just north of Helsinki. The alumininum used is strong and highly durable marine-grade aluminium that withstands the challenges thrown by unpredictable circumstances and harsh conditions. The aluminium hull and all aluminium components are hand-welded by our skilled boatbuilders who take great pride in their craft.
Every boat is finished with meticulous attention to detail to ensure all seams and joints are tight and strong, and that the boats are ready to withstand the harsh conditions they were originally designed for. The same design principles, construction methods and manufacturing standards used for the more than 1200 professional workboats Faster has supplied over the years—to rescue services, police forces and other authorities in Finland and abroad, are also applied to every leisure boat manufactured.
